I may have a sister soon…

When life comes and goes, I think it stays and holds me and keeps me warm. And then it is true. Life stays and I stay. And go. And grow.

The option is LIFE. A chain of love. This is what we are going to do. We are going to keep Gaia and look after her. She shows no symptoms and if it happened, we would love her the same way we loved and love Max and Elmo. We are going to adopt another kitty. We are going to vaccinate the new member in the family, and chances are that our furry friends will live with us for a long time.
A chain of love.
Max in every cat.
Elmo in every cat.
Love in every creature.
A chain of love.
And we want others to join us. To reach the stars where all creatures rest after suffering.

I am ill with that FIP virus too.
I feel fine.
But my humans are worried. I guess I will be taken to the vet´s again. I don´t mind. He´s nice. It´s just that it was painful when I got that needle inside the leg.
But now I´m fine. I promise. No need to cry.
I will be strong and my humans will see Max was a nice brother to me. I wish I could explain better, but I am only six months old, well… almost seven months...

Perhaps if I´m a bit naughty with the pegs and the violet my she-human smiles. We´ll see.

Have a good rest now the disease has gone.

Enjoy the music you like, my precious Max.
(Zaz, La Fée)

Everything is constant flux. The fact is whether we are ready to accept it or not, to go on growing or not. To see every cat is the cat I had and every flower is the one one grew for him. I can´t manage very well right now…

I don´t wan´t to be ill… Look at my front leg. That´s blood. I was very worried but now we are waiting. What if I´m ill? I feel fine, but it seems that viruses are treacherous. I have neverseen one.
And where´s Max?
Gaia.

Max has gone. This morning. At 9h. This awful virus was steadier than we wanted to believe. And now, what? Life is different. One might think a pet can´t change one´s life so much. But what is a pet is not a pet. What if an animal is a friend, a companion to all of us, an angel who comes down with a fatal disease. We will always love you, Max, and this blog is what we can do every day to remember you as you deserve. This blog must spread  love. The same love you gave us unconditionally during almost 7 years.
Rest, my precious.
We love you lots. Always.

Perfection existed. It was being with you. You made me very happy, Max. And I am very happy  you adopted me.

Go with Elmo, my Precious Max, look after him. We will miss you here every single day. I will.

The she-human you adopted.

Whatever the day brings, I bring love. Wherever the day takes me, I take love with me. No matter how steady hope keeps, I keep love with me.

Everything has a purpose, and my purpose, whatever the day brings, is to grow love in me.

Max is going. I am not sure what it means, but our humans are crying and it seems these words they say are important. It seems I might be infected too. FIP. I do not understand this word. I am being taken where Max is for analysis tomorrow. I thought life was always nice, but I think I was wrong.

Gaia.

Good news today, please.
We are all anxious but Max is there alone, with that tube coming into his throat.
I don´t know what a virus is, because I am only a kitty, but whatever it is, please Mr Virus, go go go away. And if the heart is ill, then please, Mr Heart, come home and get better sleeping with us on the sofa, watching TV at night, and looking at the heart-shaped ivy in the balcony.
Come soon, Max.
We love you.
I love you,
Gaia.
PS: I can find your smell everywhere. I like it. But I prefer it with you at HOME.

Not any astonishing improvement yet

Breathing a bit better. Sad eyes. Our human says Max has recognized her.
Come back soon, please.

Max likes alliums. Our she-human is visiting him in a while.

“Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.”

Shel Silverstein

Max will have to stay in that place where I was vaccinated for the first time. Those people are nice, and it´s ok for a while, but I would prefer him to be at home and look at me JumpinG. It is so odd, some weeks aGo I didn´t know what HOME is, and now I can´t imaGine what not beinG here would be like. Poor Max. I hope he can breathe aGain and he comes back soon…

Gaia

Every sinGle day is important, every time we look at you, every time we feel your fur, every time we spend toGether. Because you are our precious Max. My friend always. I love you. stay, please…

I wish Iwere able to do more. I wish Iwere able to do more. What a nonsense to be a person and still unable to make you feel stronG and healthy.

the she-human.

The tears I tasted last niGht on my she-human´s face are not like those I tasted when she was happy to have me with them, these ones are sour and sad…
