Have I said before I´m a   gardener?

I can smell roses one by one, although we don´t have many of them, but I´ve never got hurt. Elmo did once, he went too close to a moody cactus.

I can count oranges, that are like flowers to me because they grow by the roses.

I can feel the red leaves of a spreading plant called tradescantia. Ours is reddish, or purple, or both. I´m not sure because all colours are funny to me.

I can wait three days to see one of the tiny violets opens by the window, and I never eat it, I never break it. I kiss it every day.

I can look at the lilliums in the kitchen calmly, as if time were just another petal.

I´d like to have petunias one day. Maybe my she-human finds them before it gets too cold.
He had an hibiscus like the ones my humans saw in India but smaller. It came down with an illness and it died., also the pachira. And it was sad because Elmo loved them so much, so tall and majestic. There are some plants inside the tank too. These naughty fish don´t eat them any longer, but I can´t touch them, and I dislike the smell of the filter when my humans clean it.

This is me. I´ve woken up talkative today.

Ready for my second breakfast.

Have a nice garden-like day everyone, feel love and find nice words to share. Don´t keep what´s nice because we´re all in the need for affection.

We´re using a font a Spanish girl called Anna Vives has created in Barcelona.

Anna, we love your font and we love you and your energy.
The week´s done, people working, cats thinking, neighbours coming, lift getting dirtier, chilly mornings arriving, and my she-human reading...

Gretchen, we need you...

After a week that been´s long and plenty with lazy clouds and shy sunny smiles...

The greatest achievement is selflessness.
The greatest worth is self-mastery.
The greatest quality is seeking to serve others.
The greatest precept is continual awareness.
The greatest medicine is the emptiness of everything.
The greatest action is not conforming with the worlds ways.
The greatest magic is transmuting the passions.
The greatest generosity is non-attachment.
The greatest goodness is a peaceful mind.
The greatest patience is humility.
The greatest effort is not concerned with results.
The greatest meditation is a mind that lets go.
The greatest wisdom is seeing through appearances.

I´ve learnt lots of animals suffer torments and humiliation at horrible places, I´ve learnt my she-human has got lots of new students and she spends the day teaching words, I´ve learnt my he-human likes chocolate at night and PC calculations in the morning, I´ve learnt there are artists who love orchids as much as I do, and I´ve learnt that the Oriental lillium keep stamens that turn my whiskers yellow and make me sneeze. I´ve learnt I´ll never stop learning. I´ve learnt life is this.

Animal circuses are coming to town. I can´t believe adults continue thinking it´s good fun for their kids to watch prisons -

My humans are already working full time. My he-human thinks about numbers and calculations and my she-human teaches words. We´ve been learning sounds that make me feel calm and loved, and we´ve found some nice pictures we´d like to share with you all -
