Everything changes, only this way it can go on being the same.

If you come closer…

a bit more…

you will see the depths of my stillness…

The walls we build around us to keep out the sadness
also keep out the joy.

I can open windows in this wall, but I am only a little kitty.
I should be a lion to pull down all these bricks of sadness.

We keep a collection of photos in our mind.
And sometimes it feels so loaded.
Affection is a burden, but a lovely one.

Good morning everyone,
It is sunny and I have been playing for a long while. I am almost ready for a nap on the sofa.
Today a kitty has come home for us to meet her. Isabel has brought her. It is very nice. She reminds us of Max, her eyes…
She can´t live with us yet because of my FIP. She has been taken to the vet´s and the results will come on Monday. Then humans will see: if the kitty is infected with FIP, she will come home quickly. If she is not, she will be vaccinated and in some days she will live with us.
I am willing to have a friend. I think I am smaller. It seems I am cute. I am not sure what it means, but my humans say I am very cute and we have learnt about my character and mood on the Internet…
It is a long weekend here. It means humans at home, kissy-kissy on the sofa, TV shows and naps together.
Thak you!

I don´t understand how Max can be inside this little box that my humans have brought home tonight, but they look sad. I want to cheer them up but I am a bit low too. I am a baby. I can´t do more than this… lick cheeks, play hide-and-seek, look cute… and watch TV on the sofa with them. We may meet a kitty tomorrow. Do you think she will like me? I want to have a friend again. And I also miss Max. Life shows different shapes. I am in love with life.

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, not do the children or men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is not safe in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.
